Today is day 3 of my 30-day Hatha yoga challenge and I am definitely feeling it today. I am also wondering if those of you following along have noticed anything significant yet. I have been teaching my regular classes (about 2 – 3 per week) along with my own personal asana practice and I think it is starting to catch up with me today (my personal sessions are naturally a bit more robust than the ones I teach). I really had to take it easy with today’s session. I awoke as usual and practiced pranayama and meditation. I was not really up for eating anything so I just had a cup of herbal tea which I enjoyed along with jivamukti.

Start this meditation by turning off your electronic devices that you have around you, which can distract you during this crown chakra meditation.
