Working together with your primary care veterinarian, we are dedicated to helping you understand your pet’s problems and the options for treatment, and to providing the most sophisticated, state-of-the-art diagnostic evaluation and therapy available to companion animals everywhere.
The Critical Care Unit is equipped with continuous cardiac telemetry, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, blood gas and other monitoring devices.
Specially-constructed oxygen cages provide an oxygen-enriched, temperature and humidity-controlled environment for our most critical patients. Advanced techniques such as blood component therapy, peritoneal dialysis and ventilator therapy are also available.
Our emergency and critical care services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. During an emergency, we will always do everything we can to ensure your pet’s safety. Walk-ins are never turned away, and we do see patients from other practices that are either closed or unable to accommodate these unscheduled visits.
